My Journey…

After many years of working in a bank, earning what most would consider good money, but not enjoying a moment there, I have finally built up the courage to say no to work I hated and began my search for a career, that is fulfilling and meaningful.

It started by looking for answers to my own health and weight issues.

The following 2 decades led me down countless avenues, some by choice and some by chance. No matter how many changes I made in my personal and professional life there seemed to be one constant - my interest in food and health.

These 2 worlds collided in a bad way during my first pregnancy when I gained 70 pounds!
I didn’t just gain weight, I became unhealthy. In search of answers and help, naturally I turned to my doctors and to traditional medicine. Years went by bouncing from specialist to specialist, without seeing any results.

During my search for solutions I started to meditate. I loved it and meditation became my daily practice. After a while I’ve  got interested in energy healing methods: Silva method, Reiki, Bio Energy Healing, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, which gradually started to help me feel better and also my weight became less of a problem. It was interesting to see how those issues are very connected.

At the same time I began exploring the healing power of food. I made a lot of improvements to my health by changing my diet.  However, studying nutrition, I found a lot of contradictory information that made me confused, not sure whom to believe. It took me a while to realise that there is no “one size fits all” solution.
It was a process of trial and error. Over time I’ve learned to listen to the feedback from my body. Meditation, mindfulness and EFT helped me to understand and work with a body rather then force it to change.

In my experience, changing relationship with food was so much more powerful than I could imagine and I knew there was much more to learn. Luckily I discovered the Institute for Psychology of Eating. Studying at the Institute for Psychology of Eating gave me the opportunity to consolidate everything I learned over the years.

Mind, body, nutrition and dynamic psychology principles that I now use in my work with clients, gives them the tools to develop Healthy Eating Habits and lose weight without dieting.

5 Week Group Programme

This programme is a powerful and affordable way to bring healthy eating into your lifestyle without dieting and willpower.

We will work in a small group, no more than 8 people. You will have an accountability partner to give you extra support (research shows that your chances of achieving results are 50% more likely if you have a partner.

Our plan:

Sessions will last 90 minutes and will be via Zoom so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. No wasting time travelling, no parking problems or costs. Zoom gives us the opportunity to see and hear each other. It feels like we are sitting and talking in the same room.

2. What's Hiding in Your Fridge?

  • This programme is a good first step into healthy, sustainable eating
  • We can meet via Zoom, or in person
  • You will send me a food diary for the last 7 days and your shopping list 
  • You'll discover facts that you'll never find in diet plans
  • You will save the money you spend with me by changing your shopping habits

We will have 2 sessions:

Session 1 

  • 1.5 hour session where we will examine through your fridge and your kitchen. 
  • We'll analyse what's there and if needed, how you could have healthier alternatives.
  • It is about HOW you can make better, healthier choices. I will not tell you to just stop eating sugar and junk food. You know that already.
  • Where are your temptations (triggers)?
  • We will develop a personalised eating plan that you can easily implement in your life in the next 7 days.

Session 2 

We will meet the following week for 30 minutes. You will bring the most challenging food or drink and we will use EFT to help you reduce your cravings.

Throughout the 5 week programme I will give you the knowledge, support and a step-by-step plan of action.

This will include:

  • 1 x 60 minutes "Get to know you Session"

During the programme you ARE going to:

4. Let Your Appetite Find Its Natural Balance

The 6 month programme will cover all the elements of the 6 week programme as well as spending more time to explore more deeply what your personal challenges are.

This will include:

  • 1 x 60 minutes "Get to know you Session"
  • 14 x 60 minutes Personalised Coaching Sessions

In the first month we will have weekly sessions, then we will continue with 2 sessions per month. In the first 4 weeks our focus will be on your food. After that we will work, step-by-step, on your movement, cravings, emotional eating, limiting beliefs, mindset and more. Gradually, your old unhealthy habits will be replaced by new, healthy one.

On completion of this 6 month programme you will:

  • Let your appetite find it's natural balance, WITHOUT DIETING
